Role Summary;
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative
support in a well-organized and timely manner. The successful candidate will work on a one-to-one basis
on a variety of tasks related to senior management’s working life and communication.
Role Responsibilities
 Acting as the point of contact between the Senior Management, internal and external stakeholders
and/or clients;
 Screening and directing phone calls and distribute internal and external correspondence;
 Handling requests and queries appropriately and in a professional and timely manner;
 Manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments as appropriate & as instructed from time to
 Make travel arrangements, including but not limited to booking tickets and Visas;
 Take dictation and prepare letters and meeting minutes;
 Source office supplies
 Prepare office reports, presentations and briefs as instructed;
 Devise and maintain office filing system

Minimum Requirements and Skills
 Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
 Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
 MS Office and English proficiency
 Outstanding organizational and time management skills
 Up-to-date with office gadgets and applications
 Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
 Excellent verbal and written communications skills
 Discretion and confidentiality
 Minimum of a Degree in a relevant field.
 Secretarial diploma or certification will be considered an advantage
