Role Purpose

CRM Specialist will provide analytical, technical and administrative support to the entire business in the form of presentations, reports, special projects, data analysis, and distribution of information from the CRM and other systems.

Address organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements; designing computer programs and IT processes; recommending system controls and protocols


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the in-house CRM specialist
  • Manage quality and consistency of data, train users to support organization initiatives
  • Spearhead cross-functional CRM task force across all departments to help them maintain accurate and uniform documentation of all data in the CRM system
  • Manage partner relationship with CRM company (Comviva) for quick delivery
  • Carry out Data audit on a regular basis to ensure clean data for use across all areas of the organization
  • Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal business stakeholders (including sales, marketing and other departments) to support effective business decision-making
  • A key member of the project team, supporting the Project Manager and team in the development and implementation of the new CRM System modules
  • Creating, managing and maintaining accurate data from various sources in the CRM database
  • Collaborate with managers and other users to analyse, identify and implement systems and process improvements
  • Working with Business teams to create new products that harness the abilities of the CRM (e.g. new post-paid offers).
  • Investigating and analysing reported defects and liaising with the CRM Vendor (where applicable) to resolve issues
  • Generating and communicating relevant reports for users, e.g. reporting on different campaigns and income streams using data provided by the CRM



Skills Requirement and Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Systems Management/ Computer Science/ Software Engineering
  • 2 – 4 years background in IT in a telecommunications or financial services institution.
  • 3- 5 years’ experience in Analysis position,
  • Qualified in ITIL, E-TOM, and Lean Six Sigma methodology
  • Able to develop and support mobile and web applications
  • I have computer programming skills. C#, Java, PHP, android, python
  • Have Database Knowledge on Oracle, MYSQL and SQL
  • Solid understanding of Telco business and the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Knowledge of the standard capabilities of a CRM system
  • Outstanding skills in organization, prioritization and time management; strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; detail and goal-oriented
  • Experience using Salesforce; Salesforce Administrator certification a plus
  • Excellent communication skills are required with a track record of relationship building and liaison with business functions
