Ambassador to join our team and help us promote our flagship product
Position Overview: As a Brand Ambassador for the company, you will play a pivotal role in representing
the company to potential customers and the broader community. Your primary responsibility will be to
increase brand awareness, generate interest, and drive app downloads, sign ups and bookings through
various marketing and promotional activities. You will be the face of our product, embodying our core
values and effectively communicating its unique features and benefits.
● Product Promotion: Promote the company to walk-in travelers at our clients’ premises and
other relevant venues. Engage with potential customers and educate them about the company
and the value proposition.
● Brand Representation: Act as the public face of the company, embodying our brand's values
● Customer Engagement: Interact with the walk-in clients, help them download the app, explain
the advantages and key features, help create accounts for them and assist them book
● Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and provide product
knowledge to assist in conversion.
● Market Data Collection: As the company front facing representative, the ambassador will assist
with collecting data on specific touch points and transmitting the same to the Customer
Experience Manager to make informed recommendations for product improvements and
● Reporting: Prepare regular reports on your activities, results, and customer feedback to
measure the effectiveness of brand ambassador initiatives.
- ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
● Proven experience in a similar brand ambassador or marketing role, particularly in the tech
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
