Job Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business from Potential Customers for Our Training Programs

  • Developing & Packaging In-house & External Trainings

  • Deliver Set Targets On Training Revenue From Both Existing & New Clients

  • Relationship Management of Key Clients as the Main Contact person on all Training Matters

  • Determines training needs and requirements for an organization or group by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys

  • Reviews existing training materials produced by third parties to determine appropriateness and relevance

  • Oversees training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more

  • Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrolment

  • Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary

  • Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods


Knowledge, skills and abilities required

  • 4 – 5 years’ Experience in a related Business field (preferably Selling Training Programs)

  • VERY organized with a strong attention to details

  • Ability to manage time well and tackle multiple Clients & Projects at once without missing deadlines

  • Takes ownership of assignments

  • Strong communication skills- written, verbal and listening

  • Highly dependable (by peers and managers)

  • Strong personality

  • Ability to work well under Pressure with minimum supervision.
