Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales team with general back end operations to help reach the team’s objectives.

  • To Prepare & proof-read materials, proposals & presentations going to both existing and potential clients for accuracy and readability

  • To assist in design, formulation and execution of marketing activities for clients

  • To understand fully the processes and costs for supplying CDL sales Services to clients and to communicate these to the Sales teams to inform their deal negotiations.

  • To have a good understanding of the client base and company profiles and a thorough knowledge of clients in our portfolio.

  • To provide complete administrative support to the Sales team including diary management, dealing with incoming mail and phone calls, fielding general internal and client queries.

  • Sales & Financial reporting – to liaise with Account Managers in updating the Monthly sales tally with information confirmed and pending and provide other management information on Client Sales as required.

  • Adhere to timelines/deadlines as directed by the Clients and Sales Team

  • Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.

  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.

  • Processing staff timesheets.

  • Support in Making & Execution of sales strategies with the management

  • To maintain comprehensive records of client correspondence and another relevant client information.

  • To cover other Sales Support positions during holiday or sick leave.

  • To actively promote and Sell our business portfolio and to manage all client notifications and client updates.

  • To actively create client invitation lists, corporate mailing lists, invitations to events etc.

  • To organize & prepare quotations, client Proposals

  • Extensive research On Potential & Existing Clients information, Products, Areas where CDL sales Can Add Value

  • Prepare & Distribute appropriate marketing information to clients - catalogues, brochures and other relevant publicity, prepare specific presentation for Sales pitches as required by the Sales team and create direct marketing campaigns.

  • To administrate the Sales Order process – working with Account & Project Managers on signature and processing of paperwork

  • To maintain up-to-date and accurate records the CDL sales Pipeline categorized by stages

  • To communicate with the Finance Department for purposes of accurate accounting and invoicing.

  • Other duties assigned by the Sales Director




  • Good communication skills

  • Diploma in business administration or related fields

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Ability to meet strict deadline
